The India-Nepal Folk Crafts Festival (INCF)

The India-Nepal Folk Crafts Festival (INCF), an activity of South Asia Foundation (SAF) to advance social trades between the two neighbors, started here today in the midst of much fanfare.The celebration, from December 19-23, intends to advance specialties based reciprocal relations and upgrade social trades between the artisans of India and Nepal. SAF, set up in 1991, has been attempting to improve the business of the artisans of the district and contributing towards reinforcing the artworks segment of Nepal and India.The Craft Festival (INCF-2016) is being supported by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and is sorted out by South Asia Foundation and SAF-Nepal in relationship with Council of Handicrafts Development Corporations (COHANDS) and being upheld by Embassy of India, Kathmandu, Embassy of Nepal, New Delhi, B P Koirala India-Nepal Foundation (BPKF), Federation of Handicraft Associations of Nepal (FHAN) and Nepal Tourism Board.The India-Nepal makes celebration highlights more than 70 topic construct structure with center in light of society specialties of India and Nepal, social occasions, live show by specialties people, plan workshops to be led by qualified architect/specialists, exchange help and select purchaser dealer meet among others.
