The meeting of the Legislature-Parliament couldn't assemble once more on Friday because of persistent block by the restriction parties, including the primary resistance CPN-UML.
Parliamentarians of seven gatherings including UML, CPN-ML, Rastriya Janamorcha, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Nepal Pariwar Dal, Nepa Rastriya Party and Rastriya Janamukti Party (Loktantrik) among others upset the parliament business.
They emphasized that they will proceed with the obstacle unless their requests are tended to.
The UML and also different gatherings have been deterring parliamentary procedures since the administration enrolled the constitution change charge at the Legislature-Parliament on November 29.
Speaker Onsari Gharti reported the delay of parliament meeting until December 15 after Shiva Lal Thapa of Rastriya Janamukti Party Lokatantrik Nepal rehashed his position that the House procedures will be hindered until the recently enlisted bill is disavowed.
Preceding that, Speaker Gharti asked the challenging parliamentarians not to obstruct the procedures, expressing that numerous new laws and acts should have been figured to hold each of the three level races by mid-February, 2018.
