Talk with Laxman Lal Karna

Sadbhawana Party Co-seat Laxman Lal Karna on Thursday said that the seven-point proposition for the changes in new Constitution was advanced by the upsetting Madhesi parties. Talking at a collaboration composed at the Reporters' Club in the Capital, pioneer Karna said the request of established alterations was made by the United Democratic Madhesi Front and not India as reported by an Indian daily paper.
