The mother of the girl who got severe burn injuries in an acid attack
The mother of the young lady who got extreme blaze wounds in a corrosive assault early this week in Kathmandu has asked the police to capture the culprit."When will they (the police) capture him (the offender)?" asks Chameli Magar, whose 16-year-old little girl Sangita is currently experiencing treatment at Kathmandu Medical College (KMC)."I need to see his (the culprit's) face. I need to know why he annihilated my girl's life." In the small hours of Sunday, a unidentified man tossed corrosive at Sangita while she was sitting tight for her educational cost class to start in Jhonchhe, Kathmandu. Corrosive has smoldered her face and hands.Sima Basnet, 15, who was sitting beside Sangita in a similar room, likewise got a few blazes. She is presently experiencing treatment at Bir Hospital. Her condition is not as basic as Sangita's.According to Chameli, Sangita hurried home and fell on the ground not long after being assaulted with corrosive. "Before she swooned, she requested that me not extra the guilty party," says Chameli.Two days after the episode, police has yet to discover the culprit who tossed corrosive on Sangita and Sima.
