Paedophilia convict singer Prakash Ojha sent to jail for 10 yrs

KATHMANDU: Police on Friday captured artist Prakash Ojha, who was slipping away subsequent to being sentenced pedophilia, from Shankhamul of Kathmandu.
The Supreme Court on January 17 had indicted for two human trafficking cases and passed on a five-year sentence for each.

A group sent from the Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police had grabbed him while he was occupied with the recording of a few melodies in mask from Shankhamul territory of the Capital.
The Court had made the decisions in light of the interests enrolled against the choices of the then Biratnagar Appellate Court, which had cleared him of the wrongdoing.
The peak court had watched that Ojha (now 43), a changeless occupant of Itahari-4 in Sunsari locale, had constrained three minor young ladies to have unnatural sexual contacts with him for a long time since 2002.
Moreover, he had caught photos and recordings of sexual acts with the minors and presented them on sites on profit, the Court had commented.

He would demonstrate the photos and recordings to the casualties and debilitate them not to make the issue open more than once.
Then, police created him under the watchful eye of the Kathmandu District Court looking for execution of the sentences. The Court, as needs be, sent him to the Sundhara-based Central Jail.
Ojha was a rising and prevalent entertainer and vocalist in the Nepali media outlet in the mid 2000s.
