Threats against journalists

The Kantipur section of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) has denounced the risk against writer Ashwini Koirala by one Anoj Shakya.

Writer Koirala had distributed a news cover Saptahik—a week after week paper distributed by the Kantipur Publications—about affirmed inappropriate behavior of Nepali performing artist Gauri Malla in Japan by Shakya.

Koirala had composed the news report in light of a phone and online discussions with Shakya. Koirala said now Shakya is undermining to send enlisted hooligans after him over the news.
