The Legislature-Parliament today endorsed the Convention on the Convention on the Prohibition of Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction.A parliament meeting today passed the Convention likewise knows as the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) by dominant part. Before this, Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat tabled a proposition at the meeting, looking for the endorsement of the Convention.Taking part in the considerations on the proposition, officials Ram Narayan Bidari, Ganeshman Gurung, Ramhari Subedi and Anuradha Thapa Magar underlined the need of Nepal's unmistakable position with respect to the control of the generation of compound weapons in the global gathering.
